• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court

Keys Test has a policy of terminating user accounts in appropriate circumstances if a user is found to be a repeat infringer of copyrights.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing content
• Notify the content provider of the removal
• Apply copyright protections to future uploads when applicable
